Zarego was tasked by Genesis Bank, in partnership with Morgan White, to develop a cutting-edge web app to simplify cross-border banking. It allows users from multiple countries to securely open accounts while ensuring compliance with regulations like FDIC. Features include KYC verification, multilingual support, real-time document generation, and integration with e-signature and authentication tools.

Genesis Bank needed a platform that could navigate the complexities of cross-border banking, including multi-country regulations, customizable KYC processes, and real-time document management. Balancing secure user experiences with seamless workflows for both domestic and international users posed a significant challenge.
A Robust, Multilingual Banking Platform
To meet the requirements, we developed a scalable and stateful frontend web application that streamlined the bank account opening process. The app featured real-time data validation, multilingual support, and integrations with Sumsub for KYC verification and signNow for contract signing. Our solution prioritized compliance with FDIC regulations while delivering a user-friendly experience across multiple devices.
We made sure every detail—from compliance to multilingual support—reflected the needs of a diverse, global user base. Seeing the seamless cross-border banking workflow come to life was truly rewarding.
